The Supervisory Board of BASF SE has, upon proposal of the Nomination Committee, nominated Alessandra Genco, CFO of Leonardo SpA, Rome, Italy, and Professor Dr. Stefan Asenkerschbaumer, deputy chairman of the Board of Management and CFO of Robert Bosch GmbH, for election as shareholder representatives on the Supervisory Board.
